# PCBGolf — routed board

55 × 48 mm board, four copper layers, placement on both sides, four mounting holes, 262 components and 645 vias. J3 is the approved GCT USB4105-GF-A replacement (JLCPCB C3020560).

The complete authored circuit contains 191 connected nets. `routed-cache.json` stores the finished copper paths; `saved-autorouter.ts` restores these paths with net associations. This package uses saved external routing, not the separate native tscircuit autorouter experiment.

Native KiCad validation of this revision reported zero DRC errors, zero unconnected items and zero dangling tracks/vias. There are 495 remaining native warnings concerning silkscreen, text and library footprint comparisons. USB signal integrity, power/thermal review and physical fabrication/testing are not complete. The estimated challenge score is 90,345.49.
